Norman David Nebeker, 66, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away July 10, 2016, at the home of his sister in-law. He was under the care of Aspen Home Health and Hospice and his loving family. Norman was born August 20, 1949, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Arch Harold Nebeker and Mary Adaline Nelson Nebeker. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. Norman served in the United States Air Force and retired in 1996. He earned the ranking of Technical Sergeant. After his retirement he worked in management at Wal-Mart. Norman was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed music, movies, genealogy and playing golf. Norman is survived by his daughter, Carrie Nebeker of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Rebecca (James) Mohl of Boise, ID; daughter, Christine Nebeker of Bonney Lake, WA; daughter, Tiffany (Shon) Heiner of Boise, ID; son, Grey Nebeker of Mountain Home, ID; sister in-law, Linda (Ralph) Nebeker-Miller of Idaho Falls, ID; 16 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Donna Marie Nebeker, Phyllis Dixon, and brothers, Rex Harold Nebeker and Rodney A Nebeker. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 16, 2016, at the LDS Church at 9th and Boulevard, with Bishop Brett Memmott officiating. The family will visit with friends Saturday 1-1:45 p.m. prior at the church. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Military Rites will be performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Memorial Team and Idaho Honor Guard.
