Norma Jean Downs Putman, 77, of Idaho Falls, returned to her Heavenly Father on March 15, 2012. Through the miracle of the atonement, she has now been reunited with her lost loved ones.
Norma was born December 26, 1934, in Quincy, Illinois, to Byron Edward Downs and Stella Rose Meyer Downs.
