Click Here To View Memorial Video Norma Louise Waters Neff, 87, of Idaho Falls, passed away August 17, 2014, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Norma was born January 22, 1927, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Webster Waters and Bessie Louise Shupe Waters. She grew up in the Idaho Falls area, including Iona and Ammon. She attended schools in Idaho Falls. On October 29, 1977, she married Anton JoHann Neff at Elko, Nevada. Norma and Anton made their home in Ririe where Norma worked on their farm and ranch. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed horses, collecting pig memorabilia, tack collecting, and dogs. Norma was an excellent horseman. She was a member of the Idaho Horseman’s Hall of Fame. Norma is survived by her nieces, nephews, and her very dear friends, Clyde and Susan and their family. She was preceded in death by her parents and her 8 brothers and sisters. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 23, 2014, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Avenue. Burial will be in the Iona Cemetery.
