Norma was born June 13, 1923, to Hugh Delwin Park and Leonna Priscilla Brookbush Park. She was born at the family home in Osgood, where she attended school. They made their first home in Aberdeen, Idaho, and later moved to Arco, where Norma and Seymour both worked at Westinghouse at the INL Site. They later moved to Idaho Falls, where she worked at Bair’s Café, and then finished her waitressing career at Cedrics. Norma thought a lot of and loved her family.
