NONA FEINAUER ST. GEORGE, UT -- Nona Marie Fannin Feinauer, age 77, died in St. George, Utah, November 30, 2008. She was born June 22, 1931, in Crystal, Idaho. to Moses Fannin and Cora Skaggs Fannin. She married Victor L. Cassity in the Logan LDS Temple on October 6, 1948. They later divorced. She later married C. Bryce Draper, Norman Howells, and Samuel Banks, all of whom preceded her in death. On April 10, 2004, she married Earl Feinauer in St. George, Utah. Nona grew up in Salmon, Idaho where she attended schools through high school prior to marriage. For 40 years she lived in Afton, Wyoming, and later in Logan and St. George, Utah. She was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors. She was a professional cook and managed several restaurants. She was also an expert candy maker and owned her own candy store. She loved classical music and traveled across the US. She served a one year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in San Diego, California, in 1988-1989. Nona is survived by her husband, Earl Feinauer of St. George; five children: Ann Marie (Jim) Stokes of Smithfield, UT; Wynn Victor (Dixie) Cassity of Smoot, WY; Kit DeJournett of Afton, WY; Lee F. Cassity of Flagstaff, AZ, and Rose Cassity of Logan, UT. She is also survived by one sister, Della Johnson, of Pocatello, Idaho. She has 17 grandchildren, and 42 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 4, 2008, at the Buena Vista LDS Stake Center, 860 N. Fairway Drive, Washington, UT. A visitation will be held Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Metcalf Mortuary, 288 West St. George Boulevard, St. George, Utah, and Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the chapel prior to services. Graveside Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 6, 2008, at Fielding Memorial Park, Idaho Falls. ---------------------------------------------
