Nola House Hagberg Leavitt, 81, of Idaho Falls, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2011, at her home.
She was born May 9, 1930, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Adolphus House and Mabel Hardman House. She grew up and attended schools in the area, graduating from West High School.
On March 27, 1948, she married Frank Donald Hagberg in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 1957, they moved to Idaho Falls. He passed away June 21, 1978. On June 13, 1990, she married Udell Leavitt in Reno, Nevada. He also preceded her in death. Nola was a devoted mother and homemaker.
For 25 years, Nola was a proxy for a mentally handicapped woman named Annie who preceded her in death and served on the Board for Community Guardians. Nola was an avid supporter of the Red Cross Blood Drive and gave blood often until she suffered a stroke.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Nola’s family and friends were her greatest priority in life. To catch her with her siblings or friends in fits of laughter was a joyous occasion.

4 Great Grandchildren: Ashlee, Haileigh, Amber, and Shelby
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, and a sister, Wanda House.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
