NICOLE BEST IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Nicole Ann Best, 17, of Idaho Falls, passed away January 18, 2007, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was born January 20, 1989, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Dave Alan Best and Lori Jean Best. She attended Falls Valley Elementary, Rocky Mountain Middle School, Bonneville High School and Development Workshop. She loved her Heavenly Father and was a baptized a member of the Lutheran Church. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, in which she was an active member at the time of her death. She made friends easily and was very active in her community, serving as a YMCA Counselor, at the City of Refuge, the Idaho Falls Public Library and Animal Shelter, and at Good Samaritan Nursing Center. She enjoyed playing piano, singing and playing violin in her Seminary class. She was very compassionate, and loved by all who knew her. Always putting others before herself, she will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Charles Best, and her Godmother, Joyce Negus. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 22, 2007, at the Idaho Falls LDS Coltman 2nd Ward, with Bishop Alvin Arave, officiating. The family will visit with friends for one hour prior to services at the church. She was one of my students at RMMS in Jill Thomas's class where I was an aide. I worked with Nicole for a few years and learned to love her very much.
