May Brower

Nellie May Brower, 95, of Firth, passed away June 16, 2026, at The Gables Assisted Living Center of Idaho Falls. She was under the care of Enhabit Home Health and Hospice.

May was born February 24, 1931, in Lorenzo, Idaho, to Price William Foster and Linnie Orzellia Billman Foster. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls.

In 1946, she married William R. Jones, in Idaho Falls, ID. Later, she married Al Brower, who later died.

She enjoyed gardening, being outdoors, fishing, collecting rocks of all sizes, had a love for all animals, but her all time favorite activity was playing cards and gambling.

May is survived by her son, Jon (Debra) Jones; sister, Bernetta Watson; 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Price and Linnie Orzellia Foster; both husbands; sons, Bill Jones, Jr., Vince Jones, and Rick Jones; brothers, John Foster, and Harold Foster; grandson, Josh Jones; and granddaughter, Lori Jones.

Private family services will be held.
