Morgan W. Eames - 08/01/2002 Morgan W. Eames - 08/01/2002 MORGAN W. EAMES OSGOOD, ID -- Morgan Wayne Eames, 85, longtime Osgood farmer, died July 31, 2002, at the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls of an apparent heart attack. He was born November 10, 1916 in Milo, Idaho, to Samuel Thomas Eames and Martha Veletta Morgan Eames. He lived in Milo until age seven, then moved to Osgood, where he attended Osgood and Ammon schools. He was involved in livestock through his farming career. He married Emma Pameila Perry on November 24, 1938 in Osgood, Idaho. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple on June 13, 1939. They made their home in Osgood, where he resided for 78 years, and operated their own farm there. A member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, he served in the Bishopric twice, was a Sunday School Teacher, and served in various other callings over the years. He was known to have spoken at over 50 funerals. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, reading, baseball, and especially his grandchildren. He loved people, had a great love for animals, and loved the natural beauty of this world. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 3, 2002, at the Osgood LDS Ward, 7940 North 35th West, with Bishop William Taylor officiating. The family will visit with friends on Friday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, and for one hour prior to services on Saturday at the church. Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Park under the direction of Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83402-4092.
