Memorial services for Millie Hyndman, 79, of Idaho Falls, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2011 at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Ave., Idaho Falls. A reception will be held at Elk's Lodge No. 1087, 640 East Elva St., from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. following memorial services. Mildred’s ashes will be buried at New Sweden Cemetery at a later date. Millie died Saturday at her home in Idaho Falls, in the company of loved ones. Millie was born May 26, 1932 in Wheatland, WY and married Robert (Bob) Hyndman, in Cheyenne, on June 2, 1950. Millie and Bob lived on 4th of July Creek in Salmon until Robert’s death in 1993. She loved the outdoors, gardening, bowling, and spending time with her friends and family. She is survived by her three sons, Mark (Linda) Hyndman of Roberts, ID, Stewart (Diane) Hyndman of Nampa, ID, and Kirk (Beverly) Hyndman of Idaho Falls, ID; seven grandchildren, Justin Hyndman, Barbara Hyndman, Erin Farrens, Tyler Hyndman, Alex Hyndman, Tina Hyndman, and Paige Hyndman; and three great-grandchildren Autumn Hyndman, and Gannon and Miles Farrens. Millie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bob. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the Idaho Falls YMCA, 155 N. Corner St., Idaho Falls, ID 83402.
