Millie Ernistine Clorine Lopez Arellano, 72, of Ammon, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012 at the home of her daughter. She was under the care of her family and Access Home Health and Hospice. Millie was born May 24, 1940 in Frutia, Colorado to Joe and Effemia Deherea Lopez. As a child she would attend LDS services with her brother Ralph. She lived in Utah for several years before residing in Idaho Falls. In February of 1959 she married Pat Arellano Sr. in Rigby, Idaho. Together they raised seven children. Pat passed away April 15, 2004. Millie worked as a mother and a homemaker, and occasionally in the potato industry. She loved her children and took pride in making her six boys happy. She enjoyed camping and fishing with the family and doing puzzles. Survivor’s include: Son: Roger V. Arellano of Idaho Falls, ID; Son: Eddie D. (Amy) Arellano of Boise, ID; Son: Pat Arellano Jr. Of Boise, ID; Son: Johnny J. (Michelle) Arellano of Idaho Falls, ID; Daughter: Verna Lisa (Leonel) Ramos of Ammon, ID; Son: Billy Ray Arellano of Ammon, ID; Son: Bernie J. Arellano of Blackfoot; Brothers: Bobby Lopez and Ralph Lopez both of Boise, ID; Sister: Carmen (Ted) Bromely of Firth, ID; Sister: Persilla (Tony) Swenson of Swan Valley, ID and 22 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a sister Joey Miller, and her brothers Jake Lopez, Jimmy Lopez, and Joe Lopez. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Wood Funeral Home East Side (963 South Ammon Road). The family will visit with friends from 12;30 to 1:45 p.m. prior to services. Burial will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 20, at Rose Hill Cemetery.
