Mildred Ann Gonzales

Mildred Ann Gonzales, 59, of Yucca Valley, passed away April 18, 2024.

She was born January 19, 1965, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to Gerald Gerard Gobert and Mildred A. Taylor Gobert.

On October 3, 1985, she married Robert Gonzales in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mildred and Robert made their home in Desert Hot Springs, California, where Mildred worked as a waitress for several businesses.

She was a practicing Christian and enjoyed reading her bible. Her favorite show was “The Walking Dead”. Mildred loved to garden, but her greatest accomplishment was her children and grandchildren.

Mildred is survived by her daughter, Jessica Gobert Hoover; sons, Timothy Gobert, Richard Gonzales, Michael Gonzales, and Spencer Fleming; sister, Patricia Gobert Rummler; brothers, Gerald Gobert, Rene Gobert, Florent Gobert, and Melvin Gobert; and 5 grandchildren, Madison Hoover, Hailey Hoover, Annabelle Gonzales, Maximus Gonzales, and Grace Gonzales.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald Gerard Gobert and Mildred A. Taylor Gobert; and brother, Florent J. Gobert.

Graveside services will be held 1 p.m., May 10, 2024, at Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery (4600 S. Yellowstone Hwy.).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Wood Funeral Home to help cover the cost of services.
