Michael Payne

Michael Jay Payne, 53, of Jackson, Wyoming, passed away on February 8, 2015, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He was born August 19, 1961, in Tampa, Florida, to Lowell Allynn Payne and Nellie Mae Fivecoat Payne. He attended grade school in Florida and secondary schools in Texas. On February 23, 1991, he married Marianne Rita Niccum in Walnut Creek, California. He was an Auto Body Painter and worked for Prazma Paint and Auto Body in Jackson, Wyoming. He enjoyed classic cars, painting, traveling, action movies, and football. His greatest love was for his family and spending time with them. Survivors are: Wife: Marianne Payne of Idaho Falls, ID; Son: Daniel Payne of Coos Bay, OR; Daughter: Mary Rose Payne of Idaho Falls, ID; Daughter: Angela Payne of Idaho Falls, ID; Brother: John (Helen) Payne of Dallas, TX; Brother: Stanley (Teri) Payne of Houston, TX; He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Jr. Payne. A gathering will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 13, 2015, at Wood Funeral Home East Side (963 S. Ammon).
