Michael Scott Nelson

Michael Scott Nelson, 1 month old, of Idaho Falls, passed away unexpectedly on July 21, 2022, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. The loss of Michael was a terrible day on earth, but a brighter day in heaven.

Michael was born June 21, 2022, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Scott Thomas Nelson and Kaylani Marie Neubauer Nelson. He had a smile that would light up the room. He was loved deeply by his family.

Michael is survived by his loving parents, Scott and Kaylani Nelson of Idaho Falls; brothers, Brantley and Landon Nelson of Idaho Falls; grandparents, Michael and Michelle Neubauer of Idaho Falls; grandmother, Josette Burton; grandpa, Scott Nelson; great grandmother, Kathy Bushman; great grandparents, Bryon and Barbara Neubauer; and great grandparents, Dan and Julie Corsberg.

He was preceded in death by his uncle, Dustin Strawmyer.

The family will visit with friends from 2-3:30 p.m. Saturday, July 30, 2022, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road.
