Michael Scott Miranda

Michael Scott Miranda, 63, of Idaho Falls, passed away July 18, 2024, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Michael was born May 4, 1961, in Miami, Florida, to William Howard Miranda and Ann Cecil Watkins Miranda. He grew up and attended schools in Ukiah, California.

Michael worked as an Industrial Operator for Autokiniton.

He enjoyed the Miami Dolphins, Miami Hurricanes, motorcycles, and Coors Light.

Michael is survived by his son, Michael Miranda, Jr. of Conneaut, OH; son, Shawn (Stephanie) Miranda of Warrensburg, MO; son, Christopher Miranda of Lebanon, TN; sister, Theresa Antoinette Henson of OH; brother, Steven Lee Miranda of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Gary Allen (Rhonda) Miranda of Idaho Falls, ID; sister, Lisa (Michael) Disney of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, William Howard Miranda, III of TX; brother, Christopher Eugene (Bridgettee) Miranda of Moore, ID; brother, Philip Edward Miranda of Lebanon, TN; partner of 10 years, Hilda Bramasco of Lebanon, TN; and 8 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Howard Miranda, II; mother, Ann Cecil Watkins Miranda; brother, Gary William Miranda; sister, Sunny Miranda; and sister, Jula Miranda.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road. The family will visit with friends from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
