Michael Larry Lloyd, 69, of Idaho Falls, passed away December 23, 2010, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of natural causes.
Michael was born November 9, 1941, in American Falls, Idaho, to Fenton H. Lloyd and Bernice N. Draper Lloyd. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and lived in Idaho Falls most of his life. He served in the U. S. Air Force and the Idaho National Guard 116th Engineer Battalion. Michael married Donna Whitney in 1969 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Donna passed away in 2004.
Michael worked for many years as a route driver for Rowlands Dairy and Old Faithful Beverage. Among other jobs, he was a bartender for the Gaslamp Pizza Shop and worked for Universal Frozen Foods Lamb-Weston as a heavy duty machine operator until his retirement in 1994.
Michael was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He loved his collections and collected just about everything. He was very proud of his grandchildren and loved them very much.
Michael is survived by two sons, Martin Lloyd Mock and Daniel Lloyd; a brother, Dennis Lloyd, all of Idaho Falls; 3 Grandchildren: Jonah, Rachele, and Jesse, and 2 Great Grandchildren: Wyatt and Marli.
He was preceded in death by parents and his wife.
