MICHAEL LEWIS IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Michael Blair Lewis, 54, of Idaho Falls, died August 11, 2007, in Boise, Idaho. He was born October 16, 1952, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Blair Stanley Lewis and Verna May Call Lewis. He graduated from Bonneville High School in 1971. He attended Eastern Idaho Vocational Technical School, concentrating on mechanics and business. He served in the Navy during the Vietnam Conflict, stationed in San Diego. He married Barbara Jean Harlow on February 14, 2001, in Marshfield, Missouri. For the last 27 years he has worked as an operator on the upper and lower plants for Idaho Falls Power Co. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He played the drums in a band in his younger years. He was an avid bowler and golfer. He enjoyed softball, skiing, and boating. Survivors include: Mother: Verna Lewis, Idaho Falls, ID Wife: Barbara Lewis, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Shea Lynn (Tony) Hayward, Roy, UT Grandsons: Isacc and Taylor Hayward, Roy, UT Son: Scott Lewis, Boise, ID Stepdaughter: April Harlow, Union, MO Stepgranddaughters: Ashley Harlow and Jessica Williams, Union, MO Stepdaughter: Amy Harlow, Springfield, MO Stepgrandsons: Michael and Christopher Agee, Springfield, MO Stepdaughter: Laura Yearta, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Brett (Linda) Lewis, Idaho Falls, ID Sister: Roxanne (Neil) Pfunder, Idaho Falls, ID He was preceded in death by his father, and grandmother, Ila Call. Memorial Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 16, 2007, at The Monarch, 810 East Sunnyside Road, Idaho Falls. Military Rites will be performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Memorial Team and the Idaho Honor Guard.
