Mary Greenhalgh

Mary Louise Greenhalgh, 70, of Idaho Falls, passed away November 13, 2012, at Life Care Center of Idaho Falls. She was under the care of Hearts for Hospice. She was born March 31, 1942, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Darold Horace Greenhalgh and Jacqueline Florine Chivrell Greenhalgh. She attended St. Leon School, Joshua D. Smith Foundation, and the Child Development Center. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She attended Special Needs Primary and Relief Society. She had a beautiful smile, warm hug for everyone and loved visiting her many friends. She participated in the Special Olympics and won medals in the events she competed in. She enjoyed doing puzzles, crosswords, bowling, and riding her bike. Survivors are: Brother: Ralph (Janet) Greenhalgh, St. George, UT Sister: Kathy (Bill) Barlow, Salt Lake City, UT Sister: Pam (Rod) Wadsworth, Idaho Falls, ID She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jim Greenhalgh. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 17, 2012, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge. The family will visit with friends on Saturday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at Wood Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
