MARVIN L. RUCKER
IDAHO FALLS, ID - Marvin Leon Rucker, 66, of Idaho Falls,
died of natural causes May 10, 2004, at his home.
He was born October 24, 1937, in Floydada, Texas, to
William Elmer Rucker and Elinor Mae Turner Rucker. He grew up and attended
schools in the area. Following graduation, he attended college at Panhandle
State in Oklahoma, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree.
On April 15, 1961, he married Jenny Hepler in Las Vegas,
Nevada. He worked in Carlsbad, New Mexico, and then in Las Vegas at the
Nevada Test Site. In 1979, they moved to Idaho Falls where he worked as
a Project Manager at INEEL, until his retirement in 2000.
Marvin enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, carousing and
playing cribbage with his many friends.

Daughter: Christi Rucker, Crestline, CA
Son: W. W. Rucker, Clarksville, TN
Brother: Rusty Rucker, Hemet, CA
2 Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jenny; a brother, Tommy and a sister,
Willamae
Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 16, 2004,
at Wood Funeral Home (273 N. Ridge).
There will be a gathering on Sunday at 6 p.m. for family and friends at
the Brownstone Restaurant.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be
made to United Way, 151 N. Ridge Ave, Idaho Falls, ID 83402, or Trout
Unlimited, 258 N. Water Ave., Idaho Falls, ID 83402.
