Marnie Janeen Holm, 51, of Aberdeen, Idaho, passed away October 27, 2025, at her home.

Marnie Janeen Holm, 51, of Aberdeen, Idaho, passed away October 27, 2025, at her home.

Marnie was born August 12, 1974, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Connie Aline DeJournett. Connie married Alan Steele at which time he legally adopted Marnie and her name was changed to Marnie Janeen Steele at three years old. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Hillcrest High School.

Marnie married Todd Holm and they were later divorced. She later married Dale Leatherman who preceded her in death in January.

She enjoyed going for drives, gardening, watching movies, listening to music, coloring, dolphins, and the color purple. She especially loved spending time with her family and grandkids.

Marnie is survived by her daughter, Ashley (Mitchell Areheart) Holm of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Chase (Domynique) Holm of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Chelsey (Luis Bojorquez) Steele of Idaho Falls, ID; parents, Alan and Connie Steele of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Thomas Steele of Idaho Falls, ID; and grandchildren, Novalee Holm, Kolsyn Holm, Kalliope Holm, Ariya Bojorquez, and Hunter Holm-Areheart.

Private family services will be held.
