MARJORIE ROCKWOOD
IDAHO FALLS, ID - Marjorie Mildred Rockwood, 81, of Iona,
died December 18, 2004, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
She was born January 17, 1923, in Idaho Falls, to Thomas
Morgan Jenkins and Eliza Mildred Gardner Jenkins. She grew up and attended
Iona schools.
She married Charles William Rockwood January 6, 1942
in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. She has been a homemaker all of her
life. Her husband preceded her in death July 18, 1990.
As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints, she served as Stake Young Women's Secretary, Ward Relief Society
Secretary and Ward Librarian. She enjoyed spending time with her family,
gardening, sewing and cooking.

Daughter: Diann (Marvin) Buck, Logan, UT
Daughter: Bonita (Ross) Farmer, Rexburg, ID
Daughter: Jeanne (Keith) Baldwin, Iona, ID
Daughter: Kim (Randy) Lovell, Spanish Fork, UT
20 Grandchildren, 50 Great Grandchildren, 9 Great-Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers and
a sister.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December
21, 2004, at the Iona Stake Center, Corner of Iona Road and Ririe Highway,
with Bishop Geoffrey Thomas of the Iona 5th Ward officiating.
The family will visit with friends from 7-8:30 p.m.,
Monday December 20, at Wood Funeral Home (273 N. Ridge Ave.)and for one
hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.
Burial will be in Iona Cemetery under the direction of
Wood Funeral Home.
