Marjorie Marie Taylor Roberts, 90, of Idaho Falls, passed away on July 29, 2014, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
She was born April 23, 1924, in Harrisville, Utah to Wilford Joseph Taylor and Hazel Luetta Randall Taylor. She attended schools in the Rigby area and graduated from Midway High School.
On April 6, 1946, she married Franklin VanNoy Roberts in Lewisville, Idaho. Their marriage was solemnized on November 23, 1949, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. She was a homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She also worked as a custodian in Thayne, Wyoming.
Marjorie was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings including Relief Society President, Stake Primary President, Cub Scout Leader, and Primary Teacher. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, crafts, floral work, temple work, family history, giving service to others, and doing work.

Daughter: Cheryl Roberts (David) Neitzel, Idaho Falls, ID
Son: Neal Taylor (Kathy) Roberts, Draper, UT
Daughter: Penny Roberts (Melvin) Siler, Roberts, ID
Sister: Virginia Taylor Poulsen, Lewisville, ID
26 grandchildren and 48 great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her brothers, and a daughter.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2014, at the Idaho Falls LDS 7th Ward (955 Memorial Drive) with Bishop Joshua Hawkes officiating. The family will visit with friends on Friday from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home (273 N. Ridge) and on Saturday from 9-9:45 a.m. prior to the services at the church.
Burial will be in the Thayne Cemetery in Thayne, Wyoming.
