Marie Gage

Marie Theresa Gage, 84, of Idaho Falls, passed away on February 24, 2016, at her home. She was born February 6, 1932, in Iron Mountain, Michigan, to Robert Gillespie and Nancy Delph Gillespie. Following graduation from high school she attended the Bryman School of Nursing in Alhambra, California. In 1955, she was baptized as a Jehovah's Witness. She was a full-time preacher of Jehovah’s Kingdom for over 43 years and had over 50,000 hours of preaching. In 1966, she married Charles Howard Gage in Monterey Bay, California. They made their home in Pasadena, California. She had two children: Patricia and Dan. She was a mother and homemaker and also worked as a Registered Nurse. She is survived by her husband, Charles Gage of Idaho Falls, ID; a daughter, Patricia Marie Frymire of Hemet, CA; a son, Dan (Karen) Weidman of Janesville, WI; 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Nancy; five brothers, Billy, David, Vernon "Bud", George, and Leonard; and two sisters, Virginia and Clara. Memorial services will be held at a later date at Kingdom Hall, 1480 Jefferson, Idaho Falls.
