Marcella Rudd Robinson, 93, of Ucon, passed away on July 20, 2016, at her home. She was born October 2, 1922, in Parker, Idaho, to Alma S. Rudd and Eva Simmons Rudd. She grew up in the area, attended Parker Elementary, and graduated from South Fremont High School. On June 12, 1946, she married Joseph Lewis Robinson in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. She was a devoted mother and homemaker. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was involved in Primary and the scouting program. She was an avid scouter and received the Silver Beaver Award. Marcella enjoyed hunting, fishing, and traveling. She especially loved her family and being with them. She is survived by a daughter, Nancy (Lonny) Walker of Ucon, ID; two grandchildren, Jonathan Alma Walker and Laura Maria (Jason McCleod) Caudle; and one great grandson, Draven Lewis Caudle. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a brother, Farrest (Vada) Rudd; and a sister, Colleen (Woodrow) Smith. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 25, 2016, at the Ucon LDS Monument Ward (10854 North 41st East) with Bishop Justin Pugmire officiating. The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 6:30-8 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road, and from 12 Noon to 12:45 p.m. Monday at the church. Burial will be in Ucon Memorial Park Cemetery.
