Manuel Dee Stevens, 59, of Idaho Falls, passed away December 17, 2024, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He was under the care of Aspen Hospice.
Manuel was born March 10, 1965, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to JR Stevens and Gwen Denning Stevens. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls. He attended Bonneville High School.
On April 15, 1989, he married Tamera Lee Evans in Idaho Falls. Manuel and Tamera made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Manuel worked trimming and removing trees. They moved to Nampa, Idaho, in 1995 and worked along side his sister, Relea, and her husband painting hundreds of homes. They moved back to Idaho Falls in 2006.
He was born again in the Lord, in 1996. He enjoyed spending memorable times with all his cherished nieces and nephews outdoors by camping, fishing, and hunting.
Manuel is survived by his wife, Tamera Lee Stevens of Idaho Falls, ID; sister, Raela (Cyril Tony) Jenkins of Boise, ID; sister, Gaylynn (Carl) Carlson of Idaho Falls, ID; sister, Carrie (Frank) Parkinson of Rexburg, ID; brother, Rodney Stevens of Idaho Falls, ID; mother-in-law, Fran Briggs, of Idaho Falls, ID; sister-in-laws, Lori Bates of Idaho Falls, ID, Sherry (Jose) Gonzales of Idaho Falls, ID, Janice Sorenson of Columbus, MT; brother-in-law, Doug Evans of Billings, MT; nieces and nephews, Tonya, Charity, Tiffany, Christopher, Bridgette, Tyson, and Desiray; and multiple great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, JR and Gwen Stevens; and brothers, Paul Stevens, and Clint Stevens.
A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
