Mae Sundberg McDonald - 09/13/2001 Mae Sundberg McDonald - 09/13/2001 MAE SUNDBERG McDONALD IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Mae Sundberg McDonald, 85, of Idaho Falls, died September 12, 2001, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of natural causes. She was born December 5, 1915, in Rexburg, Idaho, to Clinton A. Sundberg and H. Mary Covington Sundberg. She grew up in Idaho Falls and attended schools here, graduating from Idaho Falls High School. She married John H. McDonald in 1935 at Idaho Falls. She was a homemaker and mother. Her husband passed away in 1989. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was also a member of the Elks Lodge and was active in the Parent-Teacher Association when her children were in school. She enjoyed bridge, reading, travel, and gardening. Graveside Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 17, 2001, at Rose Hill Cemetery. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
