LYNN "BUTCH" FORMAN Click here to view Butch's Video Tribute IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Lynn Albert "Butch" Forman, 89, of Idaho Falls, passed away May 15, 2009, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He was born March 29, 1920 in Franklin, Idaho, to Albert Aaron Forman and Melvia Snyder Forman. He attended O.E. Bell. He served as a Sergeant in the Army during World War II. He married Ellen Linetta Gardner on November 24, 1944 in Dillon, Montana. They made their home in Idaho Falls where they raised their two children. He worked as a tractor shop foreman at Snake River Equipment. After retirement he also worked, at Steeds and Cal Ranch. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing, gardening and playing games. Survivors include: Wife: Linetta Forman, Idaho Falls, ID Son: Jerry Lynn Forman, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Kathy Probasco, Harrisville, UT Brother: Darrell Forman, Idaho Falls, ID Sister: Lunetta Johnson, Idaho Falls, ID Sister: Karilyn Clapp, Idaho Falls, ID 13 Grandchildren, 27 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister, three brothers, and two grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 Thursday, May 21, 2009, at the Idaho Falls LDS 28th Ward, 1165 Azalea Drive, with Bishop Roger Olsen officiating. The family will visit with friends on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Avenue and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery. Military Rites will be performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Memorial Team and the Idaho Honor Guard.
