LUDEAN LEE IDAHO FALLS, ID -- LuDean Scott Lee, 79, of Idaho Falls, died February 19, 2010 at The Gables Assisted Living Center in Ammon. She was under the care of Hands of Hope Hospice. She was born December 6, 1930, in Menan, Idaho, to Josiah Alfonso Scott and Emma Priest Scott. She grew up in the area and graduated from Midway High School. She was a resident of Idaho Falls her entire life. On April 2, 1952, she married Thayne N. Lee in Rigby, Idaho. They raised one son, Lowell. Thayne passed away August 25, 1986. LuDean worked as a surgical nurse at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center and retired at age 74. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her callings included working in the temple and in the church library. LuDean enjoyed camping and taking trips with her sisters and friends. She especially loved spending time with her family. Survivors include: Son: Lowell (Sharlene) Lee of Idaho Falls, ID Sister: Thelda Wilcox of Blackfoot, Idaho 2 Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, four brothers, and three sisters. Funeral services for LuDean will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at the Idaho Falls LDS Home Ranch Ward, 2051 South Emerson, with Bishop Terry L. Orme officiating. The family will visit with friends on Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 963 South Ammon Road, and from 10 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church.
