Louisiana Velesta Mastin, 95, of Idaho Falls, passed away April 28, 2012, at the Liberty Square Retirement Center in Idaho Falls. Louisiana was born September 24, 1916, in Liberal, Missouri, to Ray Bainter and Janie Hamilton Bainter. She earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education and taught school. She married George Gordon Mastin and he preceded her in death. Louisiana is survived by her daughter, Sheila Kellogg of Ashton, ID.
