LORNA JOHNSON IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Lorna Gail Johnson, 82, passed away peacefully September 13, 2008, at her home with her family at her side. Lorna was born December 21, 1925, in Lewisville, Idaho, to George Thomas Musgrave and Violet Sarah Walker Musgrave. She grew up in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. She married Cleon L. Johnson on March 2, 1947 in Shelley, Idaho. They raised their family and owned and operated their own businesses in Shelley and Ucon. After retiring, Lorna and her late husband traveled by motor home for 25 years and visited every state plus Canada, Mexico and Guatemala. She made friends everywhere they traveled. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She especially loved celebrating her birthdays and holidays with her family. Lorna is survived by: Daughter, Christine (Dan) O’Dell, of Idaho Falls; Son, L. Stephen Johnson; and her other “daughter,” Kathleen Johnson; Grandson, Travis L. (Kim) Johnson, Idaho Falls; Granddaughter, Stephanie Johnson, of Idaho Falls; Grandson, Joshua Daniel O’Dell, of Idaho Falls; Great Grandsons, Jaxen Shey Johnson and Tyler L. Johnson and Great Granddaughters, Mickinzie K. Johnson and Karriann Johnson of Idaho Falls; Sister, Dianne Anderson of Boise, ID; Sister, Rhonda Mack of California; She was preceded in death by her husband and best friend, Cleon, two sons, Michael Cleon Johnson and Roger Johnson, her parents, a brother, Gene, and a sister, Shirley. The family would like to thank Monica and Pam from Aspen Hospice for the special love and attention they showed their mother and grandmother. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 17, 2008, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road. The family will visit with friends for one hour prior to the services at Wood East Side. Burial will be in the Shelley Hillcrest Cemetery.
