of four boys and four girls. He grew up in the Osgood and Idaho Falls area.
He

school. While attending Central Junior High, now known as the aquatic center,
he found his love for football. In 1973, Lorin started high school at Skyline

where he stood out. He was voted All-State Receiver his Senior year. He

had three boys; Jeremy James, Justin Lorin, and Ryan Reed. They were sealed
January 17, 1992 in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.
As
a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day-Saints, he served in
the Primary organization, the Elder's Quorum, and was currently a counselor
in the Stake Sunday School. He coached Grid Kid football for West Jefferson
and 8th grade girls basketball. He expected the best out of everyone and
said, "If you're going to do it, give it your best!" He enjoyed
