Loretta Ann Benavidez-Rose

Loretta Ann Benavidez-Rose, 58, of Idaho Falls, passed away November 24, 2025, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was under the care of Aspen Home Health & Hospice.

Loretta was born August 6, 1967, in Denver, Colorado, to Reuben Floyd Benavidez and JoAnn J Sanchez. She grew up and attended schools in Denver and graduated from Bear Creek High School. She also attended Paul Mitchell Beauty School in Colorado.

Loretta made her home in Colorado where she worked as a hair stylist. In 2014, she moved to Idaho Falls, Idaho.

She was a Christian and attended the Cowboy Church in Idaho Falls. She enjoyed playing with her grandkids, drawing, and crafting.

Loretta is survived by her mother, JoAnn J Sanchez; daughter, Tabatha (Brandon Segovia) Rose of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Samantha (Kade) Garner of St. Anthony, ID; sister, Linda Cabazos of Pueblo, CO; brother, Reuben Benavidez of Idaho Falls, ID; sister, Lydia (Scott) Brisciano-Custer of Idaho Falls, ID; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Reuben Floyd Benavidez.

Private family services will be held.
