LOREN R. RICHAN
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Loren Ray Richan, 81, of Idaho Falls,
died August 5, 2004, at the Idaho Falls Care Center.
He was born May 30, 1923, in Challis, Idaho to Edgar
Ray Richan and Eva Young Richan. He grew up and attended schools in Mud
Lake & Menan.
He married Ardella May Marshall July 23, 1946 in Ely,
Nevada. They raised their family of 5 children and have lived in Idaho
Falls for 25 years. Ardella preceded him in death, February 9, 2004.
He worked as a Carpenter for various construction projects.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and playing pinochle.

Daughter: Rose (Cal) Johnson, Rock Springs, WY
Daughter: Carol Anne (Dennis) Mollinet, Tacoma, WA
Son: David (Jackie) Richan, Idaho Falls, ID
Son: Leo (Donale) Richan, Hooper, UT
Son: Albert (Janet) Richan, Idaho Falls, ID
16 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
Graveside Services will be held at 11:30 a.m Monday,
August 9, 2004, at the Archer-Sutton Cemetery, with Leo Richan officiating.
The family will visit with friends Monday at 10:00 a.m.,
at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, before proceeding to the
cemetery.
