Lonny Aldon Hill - 12/02/2002 Lonny Aldon Hill - 12/02/2002 LONNY A. HILL IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Lonny Aldon Hill, 62, of Idaho Falls, died December 1, 2002, while hunting at Porcupine Pass in Clark County from a heart attack. He was born May 22, 1940 to Kermit G. Hill and Edna Clifford Hill in Rigby, Idaho. He grew up and attended schools in the Rigby and Idaho Falls areas, graduating from Idaho Falls High School. He later graduated from University of Idaho in 1998. He served in the Korean conflict with the U. S. Army. He then lived in New Jersey and Alabama for two years, returned to Idaho Falls, lived in Olympia, Washington, then returned to Idaho Falls. He was employed as a Nuclear Engineer at the INEEL. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints holding the office of Elder. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, archery, backpacking, mountain climbing, motorcycles, snowmobiling, skiing, flying, painting and leatherwork. Bowen) Hill, Ammon, ID9 Grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his father, Kermit G. Hill. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m Thursday, December 4, 2002, at the Wood East Side Chapel, 963 South Ammon Road, with Larry Hill officiating. The family will visit with friends on Wednesday from 7-8:30 p.m. and for one hour to the service on Thursday, both at Wood East Side Chapel. Services are under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
