Lois Radford

Lois Lou Radford, 84, of Rigby, passed away July 7, 2018, at her home in Rigby. She was under the care of Avalon Home Health and Hospice. Lois was born April 23, 1934, in Salmon, Idaho, to Lester Clayton Frisk and Ivy Badel Hansen Frisk Higginson Bills. She grew up and attended schools in Grant and Rigby. She attended Rigby High School. On October 15, 1952, she married James William Radford in Rigby, Idaho. To this union were born five children, Jeffery, Robert, Debra, Reed and Lawana. Lois and James made their home in Rigby, Idaho. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She belonged to the Eagle's Lodge. She enjoyed horseback riding, dancing, traveling with her sister Nona, and loved dogs. She also enjoyed darts and played on a dart league. Lois is survived by her son, Jeffery J. (Sherrie) Radford of Rigby, ID; son, Robert G. Radford of Rigby, ID; daughter, Debra Lou (Lynn) Nelson of Filer, ID; son, Reed Lamar (Cherie) Radford of Ririe, ID; daughter, LaWana (Jack Klein) Radford of Idaho Falls, ID; sister, Nona Crystal of Burley, ID; sister, Donna Johnson of Rupert, ID; sister, Patty Jo (Romulo) Bacod of Las Vegas, NV; sister, Carol Pollock of Washington; sister, Dorothy of Washington; brother, Charles Clayton of Saint George, UT; 19 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ivy Badel Bills; father, Lester Clayton Frisk; husband, James William Radford; brother, Lester Clayton Frisk, Jr.; granddaughter, Spring Radford; and niece Kathy Crystal Hartford. Services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, July 12, 2018, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, with Bishop Jed Neville, officiating. The family will visit with friends from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm Wednesday evening at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue in Idaho Falls, and from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Grant-Central Cemetery.

Burial will be in the Grant-Central Cemetery.
