Livingston Bowen

Livingston Kay Bowen of Idaho Falls passed away on May 28, 2016; she was just ten months old.

Survivors include her mother, Erin, her father, Heath, and her older brothers and sisters, Jack, Addison, Drake, and Cossette, all of Idaho Falls.

On July 27, 2015 Livingston was born to Heath Shayne Bowen and Erin Kay McAbery Bowen. She lived her short months melting the hearts of anyone lucky enough to catch the gaze of her big round, brown eyes and calming temperament.

Her brothers and sisters lived for the chance to hold her and grab her squishy cheeks. They especially loved being the first one to see her after a nap, as she would chirp away until she'd be lovingly swooped up.

Livi's happy disposition emanated love and kindness, even when she was sick or teething, she would quietly squirm in discomfort making the scarcest　peep or complaint, only to illuminate warmly through the pain when given the chance to smile instead.

She was intelligent and advanced beyond her tender age, and could communicate very well, even without words. Perhaps her most profound and consistent message was that of absolute love and acceptance, constantly conveyed by her soft, smiling countenance. Her presence was indeed angelic.

Having known and loved Livi just for a moment left enough love to last a lifetime, but that concentration of love also spoiled us, and left us longing for so much more.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2016, at the Idaho Falls LDS South Stake Center (2051 S. Emerson) with Bishop Michael Griffin, of the Summerfield Ward, officiating. The family will visit with friends on Wednesday from 6-8:00 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home (273 N. Ridge) and on Thursday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the church. Burial will be in the Victor Cedron Cemetery.
