Lionel "Leon" Cantu

Lionel Cantu, 86, of Idaho Falls, passed away peacefully at his home, with his family by his side, on May 8, 2024.

Fondly known as Leon, Lionel was born to Isabel Cantu on April 10, 1938, in Gonzales, Texas. He lived a long and full life, enjoying most of it with his love, Lorene Frances Cantu by his side.

Leon loved participating in all kinds of recreation, including fishing and camping. He also loved watching pro wresting and he watched it faithfully!

Leon leaves behind a large legacy of children, step-children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, as well as great-great grandchildren.
