The life of Linda Carol Moss Smith cannot be summed up with a few words. She was a highly educated woman with a master’s degree in English and Literature, as well as several bachelor's degrees in various other subjects. She was also heavily active in the AA community and recently celebrated nearly three decades of sobriety from alcohol.
Linda will be remembered fondly for her love of books, gardening, and animals. Her homes were always filled with a rain forest of all types, with her favorites being her "hairy" plant, irises, lilacs, and roses. She loved her many animals and held them deeply in her heart, especially her Jackson Action and Libby. She had a wicked sense of humor, a highly infectious laugh, and love of life. She had a big, loving heart, and those who knew her were blessed to be in it.
She is survived by her daughters, Courtney Abbey and Nicole Smith; siblings, Alan Moss, Vanessa Moss Winger, Dick Moss, Bruce Moss, and the twins, Pamela Moss and Monica Nelson.
Rest in peace, beautiful lady.
"And when God took you back, he said, "Hallelujah, you're home."
