LEWIS McALEVY IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Lewis Eugene McAlevy, 67, of Idaho Falls, passed away August 25, 2009, at his home. He was under the care of Aspen Home Health & Hospice. He was born September 12, 1941, in Shelley, Idaho, to Lewis Edger McAlevy Sr. and Emma Cloe McIntyre McAlevy. He married Florence C. Lords on June 3, 1988, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He worked as a laborer in the farming industry. He enjoyed camping, dancing and hanging out with friends and family. Survivors include: Wife: Florence C. McAlevy, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Sharon L. Reid, Idaho Falls, ID Step-Son: Jeffery Lee Lord, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Marlin Wayne McAlevy Brother: Barry M. McAlevy Sister: Neva G. Waddell Sister: Jesse J. Henry 8 Grandchildren & 3 Great Grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Christopher Lee Newbauer.
