LETHA HANSON
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Letha Rose Hanson, 78, of Idaho Falls,
died March 30, 2005, at her home.
She was born March 2, 1927, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Ira Frank
Smith and Ethel Marie Ward Smith. She was raised in Pocatello and graduated
from Pocatello High School. She lived in Billings, Montana for 10 years; Cheyenne,
Wyoming for 10 years; and for the past 20 years in Idaho Falls and Pocatello.
She married Steve Mickulin and they were later divorced.
She married Fred Bischoff and they were later divorced. She then married Francis
Hanson and was divorced at the time of her death. She worked as a waitress
at the Tower Inn, a cook at The Salvation Army, and was the owner of the Black
Cat Bar.
She was a member of the Lutheran Church. She enjoyed bingo,
bowling, singing, and astrology.
Survivors include her children, Ronald S. Mickulin, Renee
(Joe) Dean and John Mickulin, all of Idaho Falls, Betty June (Mel) Ott of
Butte, Montana, Steve D. (Barbara) Mickulin of Billings, Montana, and Keith
Mickulin of Phoenix, Arizona; a sister, Esther Craig of Boise; eight grandchildren
and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters,
Vivian, Joyce and Elaine; and a half-brother, Kale.
Graveside Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April
23, 2005, at Mountain View Cemetery in Pocatello. At her request, she was
cremated. Arrangements are under the direction of Wood Funeral Home of Idaho
Falls.
