LeRoy Shipp - 05/10/2002 LeRoy Shipp - 05/10/2002 LEROY L. SHIPP IDAHO FALLS, ID -- LeRoy LaVerne Shipp, 64, of Idaho Falls, died May 10, 2002, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He was born January 6, 1938 at Hailey, Idaho to Arthur Bryan Shipp and Fannie Isabella Mascaslin Shipp. He grew up in the area and attended Bellevue schools. He served in the U. S. Navy and also served in the National Guard. He married Mildred Elizabeth James on June 13, 1960 at Elko, Nevada. He worked as a miner and a driller. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, and four wheeling. He enjoyed being out in the mountains and especially loved being with his grandchildren, Yonisio Shipp, Martin Shipp, and Ignacio Aquilar, Jr.; his family; and friends. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2002, at the Hailey LDS Church. The family will meet with friend on Monday from 7-8:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home in Idaho Falls and for one hour prior to the services on Wednesday at the church.
