LEAH LARSEN Click here to view a video of Leah's life IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Leah Cramer Larsen, 86, of Idaho Falls, died November 26, 2007, at Pine Brook Assisted Living Center. She was under the care of Hands of Hope Hospice. She was born October 17, 1921, in Ucon, Idaho, to Alfred Cramer and Emily Tyler Cramer. She grew up and attended schools in the area, graduating from Ucon High School. She then attended Ricks College, where she earned an Associate Degree. On July 27, 1945, she married Ivan Leo Larsen in the Logan LDS Temple in Logan, Utah. He preceded her in death November 20, 1964. She was a mother and homemaker and also worked as a seamstress and bank teller. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in both Primary and Relief Society presidencies. She enjoyed sewing, quilting crocheting, cooking, and crafts. Leah especially loved her family and the time she spent with them. Survivors include: Son: Dale (Lynda) Larsen, Idaho Falls, ID Son: Gary (Kathy) Larsen, Nampa, ID Daughter: DeAnn (Phillip) Peterson, Idaho Falls, ID Son: Brent (Jacque) Larsen, Idaho Falls, ID 18 Grandchildren & 32 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; six sisters, Dora, Rozilla, Stella, Vera, Ethel, and her twin, Rhea; and a brother, Lowell. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, November 30, 2007, at the Idaho Falls LDS 24th Ward, 1155 First Street, with Doug Hillman officiating. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, and Friday from 1 to 1:45 p.m. at the church.
