LAWRENCE W. CALL
POCATELLO, ID -- Lawrence Welch Call, 84, of Idaho Falls,
passed away April 10, 2005, at Portneuf Regional Medical Center in Pocatello
of natural causes.
He was born March 4, 1921, in Afton, Wyoming, to Farnham
L. Call and Lillie Welch Call. He grew up in Afton and attended schools there.
He served in the U. S. Army during World War II in the 62nd
Signal Radio Company at Camp BOIE.
He married LaRee Draney December 6, 1959, in Afton, Wyoming.
They made their home in Afton until 1978, when they moved to Idaho Falls.
He worked most of his life as a carpenter. LaRee died July 7, 2002.
He was a member of The Church Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and going for long drives. He loved to
build things and admire them when he finished; he was a wonderful builder
of homes and churches that were admired throughout the Star Valley area.

Sister: Mable Potter, Green River, WY
13 Grandchildren & 1 Great Grandchild
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two brothers, Lamoni and
Carwin, and a sister, Fontella.
Graveside Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April
16, 2005, at the Afton Cemetery in Afton, Wyoming.
