LARRY BUNDY
IDAHO FALLS, ID - Laurence Edward “Larry”
Bundy, 37, of Idaho Falls, passed away October 6, 2004, at Idaho Falls
Health & Rehab.
He was born April 8, 1967, in Spokane, Washington, to
Darrell Lee Bundy and Marilynn Jennings Bundy. Larry grew up and attended
schools in Spokane. Larry moved to Idaho with his family in 1984. He spent
most of his adult years in the Idaho Falls area. He married Anna Gould
in 1985, and they had one daughter, Alecia. Larry and Anna later divorced.
On December 28, 1991, he married Crystal Lynn Hymer.
Larry was an adventurous person; there was not much he
would not try. He enjoyed the outdoors where he spent most of his time.
He enjoyed riding his dirt bike, traveling on his Harley, snowboarding,
and spending time with his family and friends (of which he had many).
Most of all, Larry loved the water. No matter what the season (winter,
spring, summer, or fall), he spent many hours gliding across the water
behind his ski boat. He particularly enjoyed camping and skiing at Black
lake in Northern Idaho. Larry was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ
of Latter-day Saints.
Larry got an early start on his career as a young boy
climbing the tallest pine trees on the family farm. Little did he know
that most of his professional career would be spent in trees as an arborist
and the owner of Larry’s Tree Care. Larry and his wife, Cristi,
worked side-by-side building their successful business. Cristi preceded
Larry in death in August 2000.
Larry is survived by his daughter, Alecia of Idaho Falls;
his father, Darrell of Spokane, Washington; three brothers, Leland Bundy
of Spokane, Washington, Jeff (Desiree) Bundy of Idaho Falls, and Michael
(Tricia) Bundy of Pocatello; and four sisters, Mary Bundy of Spokane,
Washington, Laurel Bundy of Lynnwood, Washington, LeeAnn (Steve) Wright
of Fort Worth, Texas, and Lynette (Doug) Barfuss of Pocatello, 4 nieces
and 6 nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cristi, his mother,
Marilynn, a sister, Lavonne, and a brother, Melvin.
