Laraine Sims

LARAINE L. SIMS IDAHO FALLS, ID -- LaRaine Lora Dayley Sims, 84, of Idaho Falls, died May 5, 2003, at the Beehive Syringa Homes. She was born May 3, 1920, in Rigby, to Alonzo Bronson Dayley and Lora Call Dayley. She grew up in the area and attended Oakly Elementary and O'Leary Junior High. On November 6, 1938, she married William Dee Sims in Twin Falls, Idaho. She worked at Rogers Brothers and later at Basic American Foods. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, Frank, Erika, Enrique, and Karina; her great-grandchildren, Cristian, Alex, Yulisa, Juan Enrique, Trinity, and Felicia; and especially her beloved dog, Chico. Surviving are: Daughter: Janice Urias, Idaho Falls, ID Sister: Dorothy (George) Swarner, Twin Falls, ID 4 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, 2 sisters, and 1 brother. Private family services will be held at a later date. Funeral Services are under the direction of Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, in Idaho Falls.
