I can't express deeply enough the wave of emotions I feel at the passing of Kym. Which cannot compare with the sadness you must feel. Unfortunately, Kym and I lost touch with each other many years ago, while both our lives were in upheaval, yet, though we were separated by time, in my mind and heart he was and will always be my best friend.

Dear Mallard Family,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Kym. As you well know, Todd and I were the best of friends and I always remember Kym being my older brothers friend and just being around growing up, in the good old neighborhood in Shelley. I just want you to know that my family's prayers are with you at this very difficult time. I sure have some very GREAT memories of being around all of your family. You're in my thoughts.
May God Bless -- and know that I am thinking of all of your family.

Della, you are the only one in your family that I know or remember, but I wanted to extend to you my sympathies. It must be terribly hard to lose a child. My thoughts are with you.
