Kurt Lott

Kurt Roger Lott, 52, of Idaho Falls, passed away March 14, 2017, at his home.

Kurt was born June 4, 1964, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Roger Harvey Lott and Connie Daw Lott. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Bonneville High School. He also attended Idaho State University.

Kurt made his home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where he worked as an auto mechanic.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed fishing, sports, card games, board games, puzzles, and spending time in the outdoors.

Kurt is survived by his mother, Connie (Jerry) Gibbons of Ammon, ID; sister, Corinne (Kurt) Hamman of Idaho Falls, ID; sister, Misty Gibbons of Idaho Falls, ID; nephews, Curtis Hamman, Kyle Hamman, Kaleb Rizo, Michael Rizo, and niece, Kialey Rizo.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Harvey Lott and his grandparents LeRoy and Lillian Lott, and Deloy and Ivy Daw.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road, with Brother David Montgomery of the Ammon LDS 14th Ward, officiating. The family will visit with friends from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services. Burial will be in the Ucon Cemetery.
