Kimball "Kim" Francis Cureton, 65, of Idaho Falls, passed away August 15, 2019, at his daughter’s home. He was under the care of Aspen Home Health & Hospice.
Kim was born May 23, 1954, in Independence, Missouri, to Robert “Bob” Hail and Helen Marie Thomas Cureton. He grew up and attended schools in Independence, Missouri and later moved to Rexburg, Idaho.
On August 17, 1974 he married Debbie Kay Leatham, in Rexburg, Idaho. To this union was born three children, Jeremey, Trevor, and Tangi. Kim and Debbie were later divorced. Kim later married Jody Ann Jensen and they made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Kim worked as a Truck Driver.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and football.
Kim is survived by his loving wife, Jody Ann Cureton of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Jeremey (Teresa) Cureton of Meridian, ID; daughter, Tangi (Justin) Terry of Idaho Falls, ID; grandsons, Tasen, Braden, Jordan, Braxton, Landen, Ryker, and Branden; granddaughters, Tristan, Tessani, and Ali; great-grandchild, Araya; brother, Bill Cureton of Chester, ID; brother, Dusty (Gwen) Cureton of Rexburg, ID; sister, Cindy Whiting of Jordan, UT; and brother, Matt (Lisa) Cureton of Boise, ID.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Helen Cureton, and son, Trevor Cureton.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, August 17, 2019, at Beaver Dick Park, Highway 33 and 6000 W., Rexburg, Idaho.
