Kent Burns - 02/17/2003 Kent Burns - 02/17/2003 KENT BURNS IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Robert Kent Burns, 54, of Rigby, died February 14, 2003. He was born September 9, 1948, in Rigby, Idaho, to Billie Prophet Burns and Robert George Burns. He grew up in Rigby where he attended schools and was on the swim team. On November 10, 1971, he was married to Patricia Larson of Idaho Falls. He worked as a laborer in construction on the INEEL and the Teton Dam as a member of Laborers Local 155. He also ran the Arbuckle's Bar in Hamer and the Pastime Club in Ririe. He had worked for Idahoan Foods and the old sugar factory in Idaho Falls. He was also a co-owner of K & B Drywall. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandpa and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing, shooting, rodeo, and feeding the ducks. Memorial Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 19, 2003, at the Pace Union Hall, 1855 West 17th South in Idaho Falls. The family will meet with friends one hour prior to the service.
