IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Kenneth Harold Rutt, 68, of Idaho Falls, died May 26, 2008 at his home.
He was born June 15, 1939, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Clarence Harold Rutt and Ila Lucy Harding Rutt. He attended New Sweden Elementary and O.E. Bell Junior High and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. He furthered his education at Ricks College, where he studied auto mechanics. He joined the Idaho National Guard.
He married Shirley Gifford in June, 1967. They were later divorced. He was an auto mechanic, a security guard, repaired typewriters and was retired at the time of his death. He was a lifetime member of the NRA.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He enjoyed camping, model railroads and working with wood. He made many wooden toys for his nieces and nephews.

Sister, Arlene Murdock, Idaho Falls
Graveside Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 2008, at the New Sweden Cemetery, with Bishop Clint Francis of the Idaho Falls LDS 10th Ward officiating. The family will visit with friends Saturday prior to the services from 1 to 2 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Avenue.
